CES Group Engineers, LLP, led by Judy Heleine is a woman-owned firm comprised of engineers, planners, surveyors, and scientists that are committed to and passionate about improving the built environment in the Carolinas. Recently featured in Civil & Structural Engineer magazine as the featured cover story, CES has spent the last two decades growing from the ground up by forming relationships, acquiring equipment and building a staff of over 40 employees. At Peoples Bank, we place a high value on building long-term relationships with customers like Judy and her CES team.
