Personal Online Bill Pay is getting an upgrade April 23, 2025

Coming soon, online bill pay will have a new look and feel. The new screens will be easier to view based on payment activity such as unpaid bills and reminders, and a handy search feature is added to make finding your billers easier.

What’s Changing

The updated bill pay experience will be for personal online banking only. At this time there will be no changes in mobile bill pay or small business bill pay.
 

Schedule

The migration is planned for Wednesday, April 23rd. For the first 30 days after migration, you will have the option to toggle between the new and old screens.
 

Migration Process

The migration is designed to be seamless and straightforward so you can continue paying bills without disruption:

  • All existing billers and payment history will remain available
  • Payments that are currently being processed or are scheduled for future payment will remain unchanged
  • Autopay settings for eBills and recurring payments will remain in place

*Note that formatting of the activity file download has changed. Users who import downloaded files into accounting software will need to review the column formatting to ensure data is imported properly.
