With our new Debit Card Controls, you have more control, convenience, and safety in your hands. From instant card activations to clearer merchant transaction info to robust fraud protections, now you can do even more from one convenient place.
Login to Online Banking and click the My Cards tab
Access the same Card Controls and Card Activation features with Online Banking or the mobile app (adding to mobile wallet is only available from Apple or Android mobile apps.)
In mobile app, select View Cards icon from account screen
Tap to activate a newly issued card and set a PIN
Swipe through multiple cards, tap green slider button to turn card on or off
Scroll down to view card details and card management options
Tap the What, When, or Where tabs to see a breakdown of monthly spending
Tap Card on File to see merchants who have your card stored for future purchases
Tap Controls to set limits on transactions
Use Location Controls to block card transactions outside specified areas
Set a limit for single transaction amounts
Turn on card activity alerts
Alerts are sent by push notification (requires mobile app and notifications turned on in phone settings)
Tap the gear icon and select Personal Information to enable alerts by email
Tap Report Lost or Stolen to have your card locked and call to request a replacement
Tap Manage Travel Plans to notify us of upcoming travel
Save up to two travel plans, tap to edit your plans
