NEWTON, N.C. (March 15, 2017) — The story of Peoples Bank is more than a century old, and now it’s being told.
In a recent rebranding initiative, the hometown, local community bank is promoting its longtime mission of providing exceptional customer service while selling to customer needs. By striving to be exceptional in serving customers and the community, bank officials say they hope to inspire others to be exceptional too.
The brand features a revised logo, new streamlined website, and a brighter look and feel to marketing collateral. The tagline “be exceptional” is at the center of the bank’s story.

Sellers says Peoples Bank is focused on providing the products and services that customers need to take care of themselves, their families, their businesses and their communities, and that the bank is uniquely positioned to offer all the services and conveniences of larger institutions, yet maintain a hometown appeal that makes customers feel welcome and valued.
